Terms & Condition
- The Purchaser shall pay a booking fee of AED 10,000 to secure his villa
- The online booking shall be valid only for Seven (7) days from the date of this booking. Post the 7 days timeline, the reservation/ booking fee is nonrefundable.
- This online booking is exclusive to the purchaser and is not assignable or transferable and the purchaser may not at any time assign its rights and obligations under this reservation to any third party.
- The booking fee mentioned above will, subject to the execution of the SPA, be credited towards payment of the purchase price.
- The Purchaser acknowledges and agrees that he/ she has read all the terms and conditions herein set forth and he/ she had voluntary entered into this reservation.
