Under the terms of the payment plan, homebuyers can make payments as low as AED 4,236 per month, with 20% of the plan covered during construction, and 80% to be paid upon completion. In addition, the development is offering waivers on service charges for first five years, as well as complimentary eco-friendly and energy-efficient kitchen appliances and a fully integrated smart home setup.
