Sharjah Sustainable City is the first sustainable master-planned community in the Emirate of Sharjah.

Developed in partnership with the Sharjah Investment and Development Authority (Shurooq) and Diamond Developers, the city is extended over an area of 7.2 million square feet in Sharjah’s Al Rahmaniya Area. It includes 1,250 three, four, and five-bedroom villas, a community mall, a utility park, and a school.

Services include shops, restaurants and cafes, a nursery, a clinic, an autism centre and other facilities such as separate gyms for ladies and men. The utility park will serve as an educational destination, including a visitor centre and an energy park.

Sharjah Sustainable City represents the next phase in development for the sustainable cities, which pioneered in Dubai in 2016.
