    Partnerships & Events Executive

    Key Responsibilities

    As part of the marketing team, you are responsible for defining and developing the partnerships’ strategies, implementing and reporting on our sustainability community management programs, and providing expertise and advice on the subject across the company’s business functions.

    Primary Responsibilities

    • Develop and nurture strategic relationships with private and public institutions, potential partners, 3rd parties etc. in order to drive forward potential pipelines and programs.
    • Manage the Go-To-Market strategy, execution, and integration of new strategic partnerships.
    • Own, nurture and deepen new and existing public and private sector partnerships, including representing at key associations, governmental bodies, industry events and highly effective in influencing relevant authorities when required.
    • Own, measure and grow partnership initiatives against identified KPIs, including testing and optimization efforts to maximize partnerships and business performance and achieve established goals.
    • Drive the sustainable community engagement program of Sharjah Sustainable City in alignment with key stakeholders.
    • Collaborate internally with sustainable, marketing and community management teams to help deliver on, and develop, new events/community management programs.
    • Successfully leads and manages program activities through the complete program life cycle from requirements and planning to rollout and measurement.
    • Evangelises programs and associated initiatives, internally and externally, to develop an awareness of and participation in the programs.
    • Be the go-between for departments and agencies to ensure the events/community management programs are effectively delivered.
    • Develop a deep understanding of what our community requires and develop tailormade programs in alignment with our sustainable. development goals to inform potential opportunities and priorities.
    • Ensures effective communication strategies and methods are in place to
      communicate events and partnership programs.

    Requirements and Skills

    • 3+ years of professional experience working in a partnership and/or event management role.
    • Must be an exceptional communicator (both written and oral) and capable of building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Fluency in Arabic is a must.
    • Resilient, determined and able to dig in to get results through managing relationships and pipelines.
    • Organized, entrepreneurial and able to operate with autonomy within a team structure.
    • Exceptional planning and project leadership skills, experience working in multi-disciplinary cross functional project teams and managing a variety of internal stakeholders and business partners.
